1. About Kuvaka Tech

Kuvaka Tech Pvt Ltd is an independent provider of connectivity, cybersecurity, software, AI/automation and smart-technology services, including networking and connectivity equipment installation.

2. Products & pricing

Any hardware supplied is genuine and unmodified.
Service pricing shown on our website (installation, Wi-Fi extension, backup power, CCTV, safe-internet setup, software, AI/automation and other listed services) are typical ranges. Final pricing is confirmed with you before work begins, based on site conditions and project scope.

3. Orders & payment

Orders are placed by contacting us via WhatsApp or phone. We will confirm pricing, availability and payment arrangements with you directly before your order is processed. For installation and other service bookings, a deposit may be requested to confirm your appointment.

4. Delivery & installation

We offer delivery nationwide; timeframes depend on your location and stock availability.
For installation, you agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the site (roof, pole, wall or relevant area) and to disclose any known hazards.
Installation pricing depends on mount type and site difficulty and will be agreed before work starts.

5. Warranty

Hardware we install is covered by the manufacturer's own warranty terms, administered by that manufacturer.
Kuvaka Tech provides a 30-day workmanship warranty on installations we carry out, covering faults in our mounting, cabling and setup work. This does not cover damage from weather events, third-party interference, or issues with the hardware or service itself.

6. Returns & cancellations

Unopened, unused hardware may be returned within a reasonable period if agreed with us in advance. Service bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled with reasonable notice; deposits may be non-refundable where work or materials have already been committed.

7. Service limitations & disclaimers

Internet connectivity, speeds and coverage depend on your network provider and factors outside our control, including obstructions, weather, network congestion and your provider's own service availability in your area. Kuvaka Tech cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Safe Internet / content filtering services: we configure strong, genuine content filtering at the router, DNS or device level. No filtering solution is unbeatable: a user with full device access or a VPN may be able to bypass network-level blocks. This service is sold as protection, not as an absolute guarantee that specific content can never be accessed.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kuvaka Tech's liability for any claim relating to our products or services is limited to the amount you paid us for that specific product or service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of business, data or income arising from connectivity interruptions.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our products and services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
